شنبه 15 دی ماه جناب آقای دكتر رجبی مشهدی معاون محترم پژوهشی و دكتر حسيندخت مدير پژوهشی دانشگاه در جلسه ای با جمعی از مديران و كاركنان اين مديريت ديدار كردند. در اين جلسه مديران و كارشناسان واحدهای مختلف اين مديريت شرح مختصری از فعاليتهای در حال انجام و پيش رو ارائه دادند. سپس آقای دكتر رجبی مشهدی انتظارات خود را در راستای بهبود فرآيندها ، همگام شدن هر چه بيشتر با فناوريهای جديد و ارتباط موثر با شركتهای دانش بنيان و جامعه مخاطب مطرح كردند.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
