16-летний житель Черногорска зашел в цветочный павильон и попросил продавца собрать ему букет. Рассчитываться за покупку юноша не планировал, когда флорист протянула цветы, он отвлек ее внимание и, схватив розы, выбежал из помещения.
Подростка удалось оперативно задержать. В отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело за грабеж.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
