Костромичей просят не пугаться и не предпринимать никаких действий. Это будет проверка системы оповещения. Она проводится планово два раза в год. Оборудование необходимо для быстрого доведения сигнала «ВНИМАНИЕ ВСЕМ!» при чрезвычайных ситуациях природного и техногенного характера.
