В церемонииприняли участие Сергей Меликов, заместитель министра экономического развития России Сергей Назаров и начальник управления организации строительства АО «Росатом Возобновляемая энергия» Олег Булаивский.
По традиции они заложили в фундамент Новолакской ВЭС свои наручные часы.
