На раздачу грантов традиционно проснулся Фонд княгини Ольги, который даже сайт свой не обновляет более 3,5 лет (но оборот в год имеет более 300 млн рублей): ему дали 1 млн рублей на проект «Битва за здоровье». Также грант получили великолукский филиал Союза ветеранов войны, ВС и правоохранительных органов (978 тыс. рублей) с проектом «PROИсторию» (🤷🏻♂️) и Псковская организация ветеранов СВО (в составе учредителей - муж главы т.н. КСВО Марии Филоновой Виктор) с проектом «Патриотизм через спорт среди СВОих» (999,3 тыс. рублей)
Также финансовую поддержку получил местный филиал Союза журналистов с проектом «Коля, проснись!», провластный Ресурсный центр добровольчества с проектом «Позывной "вожак"», провластный Псковский молодежный центр (495 тыс. рублей), псковский филиал Ассоциации юристов России (991 тыс. рублей) и другие НКО

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
