В данный момент в Югре используют 2 механизма для завершения работ. Первый: привлечение инвесторов, которые взамен получают в аренду землю без необходимости участия в торгах.
Второй: Фонд защиты прав дольщиков России, который и финансирует окончание работ. По семи недостроям уже применяется данный инструмент.
Надеемся, чиновники разберутся с оставшимися домами как надо, а не как обычно, а участники долевого строительства в скором времени получат ключи от обещанных квартир.
