Нефтяной регион занял первой место в УрФО. Рядом, на 11-м месте, расположилась Тюменская область (+2,2%). Но у господина Моора практически нет естественного прироста – сплошь эмигранты. Так что глава ХМАО Наталья Комарова может порадоваться.
