В последнее время я очень полюбила завтраки из микса омлета и тортильи. Названия нет, поэтому назовём её

Тортилья-омлет

Возможны 2 варианта приготовления этого завтрака — как на 1 видео и как на 2. Лично мне больше нравится второй вариант, когда тортилья-омлет складывается пополам, а наполнение не в самом омлете, а в начинке внутри. По принципу кесадильи.

Вместо тортильи можно использовать лаваш, вырезанный по размеру сковороды. Ну, и начинка, как вы понимаете, может быть абсолютно любая. Здесь у вас полная свобода для фантазии и самовыражения #еда #рецепты #завтраки
