Повідомляється, що стосовно іноземців (та осіб без громадянства) уточнили підстави для видачі посвідки на проживання. За словами заступника міністра оборони Мельника, це захистить іноземців-волонтерів, які долучаються до надання стрілецької, тактичної, радіотехнічної, вибухотехнічної, медичної та іншої допомоги.
Також посилюється захист іноземців, які перебувають безпосередньо в районах бойових дій і виконують бойові або службові завдання протягом щонайменше 6 місяців.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
