🌐14 февраля 2025 г. в Российском совете по международным делам (РСМД) состоялся круглый стол на тему «Председательство Бразилии🇧🇷 в БРИКС: ожидания и приоритетные направления».
В мероприятии приняли участиеэксперты ИЛА РАН: директор Дмитрий Розенталь, научный руководитель Владимир Давыдов, ученый секретарь Татьяна Воротникова, руководитель Центра экономических исследований Людмила Симонова и главный научный сотрудник Виктор Хейфец.
Важное значение в ходе заседания было уделено современной роли Бразилии в Латинской Америке и в мире, была затронута тема расширения БРИКС и потенциальное увеличение государств-членов и государств-партнеров объединения, а также рассмотрена возможность влияния США на БРИКС при администрации Д.Трампа.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
