Согласно статье 3 Закона Республики Саха (Якутия) «О представителях Государственного Собрания (Ил Тумэн) Республики Саха (Якутия) в квалификационной комиссии при Адвокатской палате Республики Саха (Якутия)» представителем может быть гражданин Российской Федерации, имеющий высшее юридическое образование, стаж работы по юридической специальности не менее пяти лет, не имеющий неснятой или непогашенной судимости за совершение умышленного преступления, не являющийся депутатом, государственным или муниципальным служащим.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
