51-летнего Николая Онищенко убийца застрелил из охотничьего ружья в 14:30 по местному времени.

Анатолий Фенин убил главу района двумя выстрелами, после перезарядил ружьё и попытался покончить с собой. Убийца сейчас находится в реанимации в тяжёлом состоянии, медики оценивают его состояние как критическое. Допросить его пока не могут.

По предварительной версии, подчинённый затаил злобу на своего бывшего начальника. Фенину не нравилось как с ним обращался Онищенко.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
