По мнению министерства, это поможет защищать права на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности, которые создаются с помощью ИИ. Сейчас, как отмечают эксперты, такие разработки находятся в серой зоне и не подлежат защите, что и планируется устранить с помощью нововведений.
Новый реестр не планируется заменой или альтернативой реестру Роспатента, а будет скорее как дополнение к нему. Он будет позволять организациям самостоятельно пополнять его и оперативно определять принадлежность прав на изобретения в ходе R&D деятельности. А подача в Роспатент будет уже следующим шагом, который требует уже больше времени и ресурсов. Кроме того, в рамках пилотирования реестра будет оценена актуальность проблемы в целом и необходимости дальнейшего регулирования, что может привести к новым изменениям в регуляторике.
