Защита просила назначить Нугаеву домашний ареста, но прокуратура настаивала, что на свободе обвиняемый может скрыться, уничтожить доказательства или давить на свидетелей.
Руководителя ЕМУП «Гортранс», управляющего общественным транспортом в Екатеринбурге, задержали накануне. Следствие обвиняет Нугаева в получении взятки в размере 160 тыс. рублей (пункт «в» части 5 статьи 290 УК РФ). По версии следователей, деньги главе «Гортранса» передал предприниматель Евгений Пильников, управляющий компанией «САРС», которая занимается техническим обслуживанием автотранспорта.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts.
