На втором месте (62-е в глобальном рейтинге) оказался Владимир Лисин с $29 млрд.
Третье место (71-е в глобальном рейтинге) занял совладелец Лукойла Вагит Алекперов – за год он стал богаче на $2,59 млрд, его состояние достигло $27,2 млрд.
