По его словам, новый комплекс будет представлять собой пятиэтажное строение, состоящее из 72 блоков, в котором предусмотрено размещение 2160 квартир. Общая площадь строительства составит 27,8 гектара.
Кроме того, в комплексе будет размещена школа, рассчитанная на 750 учеников, и детский сад на 280 мест. Также для жителей предусмотрены собственная котельная, современная система очистки и распределения воды, солнечные панели, игровые площадки для детей, парковка на 1290 автомобилей и зоны для отдыха.
