Павел Сниккарс и сопровождающие его руководители основных функциональных блоков проинспектировали состояние оборудования, организацию производственных процессов, социально-бытовые условия труда сотрудников. В процессе общения на каждом объекте фиксировались вопросы, требующие первоочередного решения.
