Лично позвонила авторам комментариев. Убедилась, что у большинства из них проблема решена — хотя, к сожалению, не всегда в нужные сроки и с должным качеством. Но это касается только жалоб в чате. Знаю, что не все заявки отработаны. Буду спрашивать с ответственных лиц до тех пор, пока проблема не будет решена и жалобы не прекратятся.
По обозначенной теме сделаю оргвыводы. По всем наболевшим вопросам теперь будет так. Для меня это принципиальный момент — отношение чиновников к решению проблем людей. Кто не хочет или не готов — команду будет покидать.
