Но на диапазоне от выхода Германии из НАТО и ее «австрийского» нейтралитета с сокращением бундесвера и обязательным сохранением ВТС с СССР/Россией, до сохранения Германии в НАТО но в обоих случаях обязательством нерасширения блока и либо сохранения наших баз там либо сохранения ОВД в определенной части торговаться было можно. Более того, необходимо, и как теперь понятно – жизненно необходимо.
Особенно если бы в Кремле сидел кто-то, способный не терзаясь лишними рефлексиями повторить 68й если не 56й год в паре-тройке мест, pour encourager les autres. Опираясь на трудновообразимую для нас сейчас мощь групп войск в восточной Европе.
