Ну почему же Восточная Европа? Давайте прямо скажем, из очередной технологической революции самовыпилилась Россия! Причем не только выпала из цивилизованного мира и соответственно из технологического прогресса, а семимильными шагами деградирует и по своей сути превращается в архаическое средневековое государство, становясь вассалами Китая и такими же дремучими и озлобленными на весь мир, как КНДР и Иран.
