Бюджет сохранил социальную направленность. В приоритете – поддержка населения, включая участников СВО и членов их семей, образование, здравоохранение. А также решение жилищных вопросов, в том числе переселение из аварийного фонда и обеспечением жильем детей-сирот, строительство, ремонты и оснащение учреждений социальной сферы.
