Мечту маленького сибиряка исполнил министр спорта Красноярского края Денис Петровский, который снял с «Елки желаний» шар с пожеланием мальчика. Подарок Тамерлану глава спортивной отрасли вручил в Центре «Радуга», где мальчик проходит курс реабилитации. Денис Петровский пожелал спортивных успехов и выразил надежду на скорую встречу на острове Татышев.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
