Притом, что есть цивилизованные, при которых выплачивается возмещение. Вспоминаются истории про экспроприацию, которая была в России 100 лет назад. Она была всеобщей. А здесь какая-то выборочная. Как при абсолютной монархии. Я не понимаю, какая хуже. Особенно, что вторая имеет явную тенденцию к разрастанию на своём уровне и воспроизводству на низовых уровнях. И как мы её будем останавливать, когда она дойдёт до простых граждан, и какой-то власти понадобится мой автомобиль(( который она же потом быстренько продаст моему соседу((
