11 сентября ⚖️ Первая палата Суда ЕС 🇪🇺 в расширенном составе из 5 судей вынесла решение по иску Национального Расчётного Депозитария об отмене НПА, которыми он был включён в санкционный список ЕС и 3 продлений до середины марта 2024 года.
Ответчик в процессе смог доказать соответствие НРД критерию «лицо, материально или финансово поддерживающее Правительство РФ».
Истец не смог опровергнуть вывод Совета ЕС о том, что НРД является системно значимым финансовым учреждением, играющим существенную роль в функционировании финансовой системы России.
