Согласно законопроекту, компания должна быть зарегистрирована в Удмуртии или иметь в регионе обособленное подразделение. Внесением организаций в реестр малых технологических компаний занимаются центры экспертизы, утверждённые распоряжением правительства РФ.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
