📌Абсурдность момента: в разрушенном "договоре" между властью и обществом - отторгнутая часть требует Послания, не ожидая от него ничего позитивного... Словно отменённого концерта "звезды", анонсируемого по "конституции", в качестве "благотворительного", в привычном за многие годы "формате"... На который и смотреть - не обязательно, но и покупки "билетов", как на плановый, лечебный сеанс убаюкивания - не требовалось.
А назревающий в связи с возможной отменой "шоу" вопрос - нельзя ли сохранить "послание", отменив "сво", если Главному - всё по силам, в части культуры Отмены?..

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage.
