❗️Цієї ночі ворог атакував Одещину балістичними ракетами. Загинуло 4 людей, серед яких підліток, та ще 10 поранено, -голова ОВА.

Внаслідок атаки в Одеському районі сталося руйнування двоповерхової будівлі, де жили та працювали цивільні.
Під завалами опинилися люди.

Рятувальники врятували четверо людей, ще троє людей, на жаль, під уламками будівлі загинули. Серед загиблих 43-річна жінка, 22-річний хлопець та 16-річна дівчина. Ще одна жінка від отриманих травм померла в лікарні.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
