Министерство финансов Хабаровского края подготовило отчёт об исполнении краевого бюджета в 2023 году. В целом, по цифрам, всё хорошо.

Краевой бюджет о доходам на прошедший год был запланирован в размере 141,3 млрд. руб., но по итогу удалось получить 165,4 млрд. руб. доходов. Основной источник повышенных доходов: дополнительные субсидии из федерального бюджета.

Потратить из бюджета первоначально планировали 145,6 млрд. руб. Затем появилась необходимость дофинансирования ряда статей, в результате чего финансовый план пришлось повысить до 171,7 млрд. руб. Но в итоге были расходы на сумму лишь 159,7 млрд. руб.

For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
