Устройство асфальтового и бетонного дорожного покрытия в населённых пунктах Магаданской области обсудили на совещании с министерством дорожного хозяйства и транспорта.

🔹 Отремонтируют участки дорог Колчаковский ключ – Клёпка и Солнечный – Ола.
🔹 Приступят к укладке асфальта в Усть-Омчуге.
🔹 В Талой проведут подготовку и начнут бетонирование улиц Ленина и Комсомольской, обустроят подъезд к новой школе.
🔹 В Ягодном капитально отремонтируют улицу Металлистов. Она связывает федеральную трассу с центром посёлка.
🔹 Также завершат ремонт мостового перехода через реку Аган в Хасынском округе.

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
