Вчера состоялась моя первая в жизни йога-встреча, посвященная Сурье Намаскар (Приветствию Солнца)! ☀️ Сделали целых 12 кругов, потренировали мышцы и поработали над дыханием под руководством прекрасной Айгуль - создательницы проекта Ayuda-me! ❤️ Спасибо девочкам! И отдельное спасибо мужу, который смог взять двоих детей на себя и освободить маме время! 😀
Итак, намерение на следующий год мысленно загадано, приветствие солнцу сделано! Должно определенно сработать! 😁
