Вице-премьер правительства ХМАО Роман Генкель заявил, что поднимает с 25% до 35% долю закупок у малого и среднего бизнеса, а также будет давать экспортёрам по 5% от стоимости каждой экспортной сделки. Этого вряд ли будет достаточно, чтобы радикально помочь бизнесу, но приходится рассуждать категориями "хоть что-то".
