К сожалению, хозяина горящей квартиры обнаружили на диване в комнате без признаков жизни. Причиной пожара стало неосторожное обращение с огнём при курении. Жильё не было оснащено пожарным извещателем.
В 17:45 пожар локализован. В 17:59 огнеборцы ликвидировали открытое горение.
