Предположительно, хозяйка квартиры уснула с непотушенной сигаретой, в результате чего загорелись домашние вещи. 43-летнюю женщину вынесли без сознания и передали работникам скорой помощи. Огнеборцы МЧС России также вынесли из жилья собаку и кошку — питомцев пострадавшей женщины, и оказали им помощь.
Пушистых забрали на передержку соседи.
Пожар на площади 10 квадратных метров был ликвидирован силами 22 специалистов и 7 единицами техники.
МЧС России напоминает: ⭕не кури в постели; ⭕убедись, что потушил сигарету; ⭕установи в жилье пожарный извещатель. Прибор разбудит тебя громким звуком — успеешь покинуть жилье или потушить возгорание на ранней стадии.

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
