Продолжаем помогать подшефному Куйбышевскому району Запорожской области

По моему поручению советник Евгений Петрович Кузьмин совместно с аварийно-восстановительной бригадой выехал для осмотра объектов в Куйбышевском районе.

В рамках поездки передали флаги, книги, необходимые средства для одного из госпиталей области, а также икону в храм Святого Духа.

Ранее в одной из школ района отремонтировали отопление.
Планируем ремонт окон в детском саду, пострадавшем после атаки ВСУ, кровли Свято-Серафимовского женского монастыря и ряда других социально значимых объектов.

Каждый наш шаг – это вклад в восстановление мирной жизни. Спасибо всем, кто участвует в этой важной работе!

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
