Следователем следственного отдела ОМВД России по Кировскому району города Томска расследуется уголовное дело возбуждённое по признакам преступления, предусмотренного частью 4 статьи 159 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации.
По предварительным данным, под предлогом строительства жилых домов, путем обмана у 23 граждан похищены денежные средства в общей сумме свыше 100 миллионов рублей.
Следователями и оперативниками по уголовному делу проводятся следственные действия и оперативно-розыскные мероприятия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств, сбор и закрепление доказательственной базы.
