Архитектор Сергей Скуратов представил концепцию проекта на форуме «Казаныш». Новый архитектурный комплекс планируется возвести на берегу реки Казанки.

В состав комплекса войдут зоны для отдыха, гостиницы и благоустроенная набережная, а высота главного небоскрёба составит 225 метров.
