Нарушения выявила Махачкалинская межрайонная природоохранная прокуратура.
По постановлению природоохранного прокурора директор филиала привлечен к административной ответственности по ч. 2 ст. 8.48 КоАП РФ с назначением штрафа в размере 8 тысяч рублей.
Также прокуратура добилась решения суда об обязании ФГБУ «Дагмелиоводхоз» согласовывать забор (изъятие) водных ресурсов.
