Безвозмездную выплату на покупку жилья получат 140 инвалидов и семей, имеющих детей-инвалидов; 80 ветеранов боевых действий и членов семей погибших или умерших ветеранов боевых действий; 2 вдовы ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны.
В 2024 году за счёт средств федерального и регионального бюджетов были выданы свидетельства о предоставлении субсидии на приобретение жилья 68 инвалидам и семьям, имеющим детей-инвалидов; 23 ветеранам боевых действий и членам семей погибших или умерших ветеранов боевых действий и 2 вдовам участников Великой Отечественной войны.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
