21 февраля в 14:00 в ТРЦ «Форум» пройдет акция, посвященная празднованию Дня защитника Отечества.
✨ Участниками станут Глава Республики Бурятия Алексей Цыденов, участники специальной военной операции, молодежные организации, студенческие объединения, жители и гости столицы.
В рамках акции для жителей прозвучит живое исполнение гимна России от хора Бурятского республиканского колледжа. Также выступят солистка ансамбля народной музыки и танца «Сибирский сувенир» — Яна Кислицына, актер Бурятского государственного академического театра драмы им. Х. Намсараева — Цырен Батоцыренов, солист Бурятской государственной филармонии — Тимур Болотов, вокальный ансамбль «Талисман» Бурятского республиканского педагогического колледжа и хореографический ансамбль «Талын сэсэг» Бурятского республиканского педагогического колледжа.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
