Приговором Басманного районного суда города Москвы

Борзов Андрей Борисович признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ и назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 8 лет 6 месяцев, с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима.

Васильев Дмитрий Александович признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 291.1 УК РФ и назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 7 лет, с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима.

Борзов А.Б. и Васильев Д.А. взяты под стражу в зале суда.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
