Реновационный дом по проекту Дмитрия Сухова на Открытом шоссе 26к6.

Нетиповой дом с приличной архитектурой, на открытие даже приезжал Сергей Кузнецов. Для массовой застройки всё очень хорошо, здесь и низкая этажность, и приличные фасадные материалы, и подземная парковка. Круто, но слабо верится, что весь Метрогородок будет застроен похожими домами, ведь в этом районе реновация будет на полную катушку.
Само здание это прямо конструктивизм: полукруглые кукушки наверху, интересный круглый объём въезда на подземную стоянку.

Из нюансов, архитектура ощущается немного южной, как будто мы где-то ближе к Сочи. Это и цвет кирпича, и немного тонированные окна. Ну и самому дому не хватает ощущения монолитности, подсознание считывает навесной фасад.

Хвалим: этажность, хорошие отделочные материалы внутри и снаружи, архитектуру в целом, подземную парковку.
Ругаем: отсутствие внятного благоустройства.
