В общей сложности Москва направила на КРТ уже более 2₽ трлн. Суммарно по программе планируют построить 35 млн кв. м недвижимости, где 77% придется на жилье. Большинство таких квартир отойдет для нужд великого московского переселения, заявляли власти. Всего для реновации в столице нужно возвести 26 млн кв. м.
