В ежедневном режиме внутригородскими районами осуществляется мониторинг прибрежной зоны для своевременного выявления фактов распространения животных,которым необходима помощь на территории города-героя.
На данный момент мониторинговая группа выявила место указанное на видео, в течение сегодняшнего дня МБУ «Центр Благоустройства» осуществит вывоз погибших дельфинов с территории побережья.
