Как известно, главная мечта приезжего губернатора - оставить свой огромный след в истории Кольского Заполярья.
«Новый Мурманск» - проект, размах в котором был на рубль, а удар на копейку.
Сначала «Новый Мурманск» переехал с другого берега Кольского залива, потом ужался до размеров судоремонтного завода, теперь переносятся и сроки исполнения мечты Чибиса.
Вот три постановления правительства, и с каждым годом - сроки реализации проекта все дальше и дальше.
