Фёдоров пояснил, что для победы в конфликте с США и НАТО на территории Украины России необходимо вернуться в международное право, а значит в законные границы 1945 года, и отменить признание Украины через суд. Затем через возврат стратегического ядерного нацеливания на города США создать угрозу территории Соединённых Штатов и завершить СВО победой России.
