Выход- 9 оладушек 💛полбанана 💛1 яйца 🟤1 ст л рисовой муки 🟤0,5 ст л пшеничной муки 🔵семена чиа (по желанию)
Готовим👩🏼🍳 ⚪️Банан и яйца взбить блендером (или вилкой), добавить муку и чиа (по желанию) и дать настояться (при возможности минут 7-10) ⚪️все хорошо перемешиваем ⚪️Обжариваем на сухой сковороде с двух сторон. Подаем с любыми ягодами/ фруктами или творогом

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
