🥬Щавелевый супчик 🍲
2 л Бульон куриный Тефтели 4 Яйца 4 картофелины Щавель - прям большой букет. Думаю, не менее 120-150 гр там было)
🧡Сварить бульон: крылышки + голени поварить не менее 50 минут на медленном огне
🧡Одновременно варим яйца вкрутую
🧡Картофель нарезать (если для детей -мелко), если для взрослых - по классике в этот суп идет все крупно-резанное))
🧡Тефтельки - обычно не идут в этот суп. Но! Для Глеба добавили😁 Они из фарша говядина+свинина+специи (соль, паприка сладкая)+лук. Немного обжаренные на сковороде (на Гхи+водичка)
🧡Добавить картофель в бульон. Довести до кипения. Через 10 минут добавить тефтели. Варить ~ 20 минут
🧡Добавить щавель порубленный и нарезанные яйца, варить ~10 минут
(Можно добавить яйца непосредственно в тарелку перед подачей) #обеды
