В своем телеграм-канале он написал, что в ходе реконструкции построены новый путепровод через МКАД и новый съезд через Алтуфьевское шоссе в сторону центра, обновлены существующие съезды. Улучшена транспортная доступность районов Бибирево и Лианозово и города Мытищи.
С запуском обновленной Алтуфьевской развязки завершилась программа модернизации развязок на вылетных магистралях, пересекающихся с МКАД. Всего с 2012 года было построено или реконструировано 22 развязки, причем работы велись практически без остановки движения транспорта.
