Строительство масштабного научно-технологического центра (НТЦ) Uniti Park в Сургуте обойдется в 90 млрд рублей, а не в 52, как планировалось ранее.
Научный городок разместят на набережной, туда войдут центр высоких биомедицинских технологий, университет, технопарк, центры коллективного пользования, студенческие общежития, жилье для сотрудников научно-технологического центра, конгрессно-выставочный центр, центр обработки данных, отель, офисные помещения, многофункциональный центр, а также университетская школа, лицей, два детских сада, центр развития талантов, спортивный центр, медицинская клиника. Построить их планируют до 2031 года.
40% от стоимости проекта планируют взять у частных инвесторов, кроме того, Югра получила инфраструктурный кредит в 6,3 млрд рублей на строительство объекта.
