Окончательное решение акционеры примут 23 декабря, реестр для покупки акций закроется 9 января. За весь прошлый год, для сравнения, общие дивиденды составили почти 60 рублей.
Согласно дивидендной политике "Роснефти", компания отправляет на выплаты не менее 50% от чистой прибыли по МСФО. За полгода чистая прибыль составила 773 млрд рублей, плюс почти 27%.
